The Fine Arts department at Chattahoochee Valley Community College includes both music and visual arts. The department has four faculty who offer both Music and Art courses to satisfy the needs of the Fine Arts and Humanities (Area II) core requirements for an Associates of Arts or Science degree at CVCC and will easily transfer to a four-year institution. The CVCC Choir, Band, and Visual Arts are all-active on campus and offer the opportunity for scholarships.
The Fine Arts Department offers a wide variety of both visual and performing arts classes that may appeal to the creative interests in our students. These courses also meet the AREA II requirement on the statewide transfer guide and can fulfill AREA V pre-professional electives.
