The Criminal Justice program at CVCC provides a foundation in theories and practices related to the American criminal justice system. This program is designed for students interested in law enforcement and related criminal justice fields. Upon completion students can enter careers in law enforcement, corrections, investigations, court administration, private security, or U.S. Customs. The Criminal Justice program offers an A.A.S degree, a long certificate, and a short certificate. The certificate programs provide students with a specialized skill set to be competitive in the job market or upgrade their skills for job advancement.
