Graduation is, perhaps, the most memorable and happy occasion for Chattahoochee Valley Community College. On behalf of the President, Administrative Cabinet, faculty and staff, we are honored to recognize those who have completed a program of study and who have earned a certificate or degree. Graduation is the culmination of a student’s time at Chattahoochee Valley, but it also marks the beginning of that student’s next steps toward greater goals in the world of work or higher education.

Honors
Calculation of the GPA for graduation honors shall be identical to the method used to calculate the GPA to fulfill graduation requirements for the degree or certificate to be earned. In addition, to be eligible for a graduation honor, the student must have completed a minimum of twenty-four semester hours at the College.

*Calculation of graduation honors is based on the cumulative grade point average of the last semester prior to the graduation term.
