Chattahoochee Valley Community College has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first transcript through this Parchment system is free (minimal fee of $5.00). Payment will be made through Parchment’s website using a credit or debit card at the time of order. Please note:  Sales tax will be collected on all applicable transactions made by requesters.
Sales tax will be calculated based on various factors such as the type of product (e.g., transcript, diploma), the delivery method (electronic or physical), and the delivery location billing or shipping address). The exact rate will depend on the specific tax laws in your state or locality.
