Dual Enroll in Adult Ed and Workforce Development Courses
Want to take college courses at CVCC but don’t have a GED or high school diploma yet? Want to get a jump-start on your career?
You may qualify to get started without the GED!
CVCC has an open-door policy. CVCC admits students who do not have a High School Diploma or a GED Certificate into certain programs.
Under the Ability to Benefit provisions, applicants MUST ENROLL IN COURSES NOT CREDITABLE toward an associate degree. Therefore, the courses must reflect a career technical certificate program. These programs include:
- logistics
- medical billing and coding
- nursing assistant
- medication aide
- forklift operator
- OSHA 10
- and more!
