Students enrolled in online courses who wish to file a complaint may do so by following the same complaint process outlined in the CVCC Student Handbook. If, after exhausting all available institutional processes, a student’s complaint remains unresolved, the student may appeal by following the guidelines for Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Student Compliant Process as well as the state’s SARA complaint process.
